Customer Service Employee of the Yearin association with

Debra Weber

Nominee: Debra Weber

Nominated by: Pamela Karimjee

FOR ensuring that her customers ‘could not be better looked after’ when they visit TrustFord on Rue des Prés, Debra Weber has been nominated for Customer Service Employee of the Year.

Ms Weber, who works in the service department of TrustFord, was nominated by long-standing customer Pamela Karimjee, who has been taking her car there for many years. She said: ‘Ms Weber has always been unfailingly helpful and cheerful, always going the extra mile.

‘If I needed something from the spares department she would run over to organise it. If I had a problem with my car, Debbie would come out and explain something to me or fetch a mechanic to see to it straight away.’

In the ten years she’s been going to the dealers, Ms Karimjee has always found Ms Weber to be ‘cheerful, smiling and helpful’.

‘Once the work is done, she’ll always have a little chat about things, she doesn’t just push you away and only do what she has to,’ Ms Karimjee said, adding that Ms Weber built a relationship with the customer.

‘One thing that makes her stand out among other customer service employees is that she has a lot of empathy with customers. Some just aren’t on the same wavelength as you at all but she relates to me so well. It’s always a pleasant experience to go there,’ she added.

Ms Weber is ‘thorough and efficient’, according to Ms Karimjee. ‘She’s so good, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.’
